About the Walk:

Join us for a meaningful community walk in support of ALS Rhode Island. This event brings together families, friends, coworkers, and supporters to raise awareness and critical funds for people living with ALS in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Whether you’re walking on your own or as part of a group, every step makes a difference. Come walk with us, connect with others, and support an important cause.

🕘 Check‑in begins at 9:30 AM
🚶 Walk starts at 11:00 AM

What to Bring to the Walk:

  • Water bottle (we’ll have water available too)
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Weather‑appropriate clothing (layers, rain jacket if needed)
  • Sunscreen & hat ☀️
  • Lawn chairs or a blanket if you’d like to relax before or after the walk
  • Phone (fully charged!) to take photos, track activity, and share your fundraising
  • Portable phone charger (helpful for long mornings!)
  • Towel & change of clothes if you plan to take part in the Ice Bucket Challenge 🧊
 

🐶 Dogs are welcome—please keep them leashed at all times & bring their essentials (poop bags, water bowl, etc.)!
🚫 No alcohol permitted
